1) Communication with or without speaking (Mind Linkish)
2) GPS Location
3) Vitals (Heart beat, exctera)
4) Audio / Visual Transmission
5) Secure - Only between Comms
6) Range - Planitary no delay
7) Group / Sub Group / Individual conversation
8) Backwards compatible to older versions
Limitation:
1) EMP level attack can cause X minute reboot / reconnect of system
2) Older version connection is not secure in the same way as latest system
