Biography

What famous person most looks like your character? Milo Ventimiglia as Peter Petrelli in Heroes, the TV Series. Where does s/he live? He moves around a lot, staying in cheap hotels or rooming houses, beds down in farmers' barns, or sleeps in parks. What does s/he wear in various situations? He usually wears black leather jacket, boots, gloves, biker's helmet with dark faceplate. Shirts vary, but are often tee shirts, sweatshirts in colder weather. Where does s/he work? He does odd jobs here and there, usually working for cash, loading or unloading, doing dishes, whatever he can get. He sometimes works the docks and draws a regular paycheck... when work is available. What kind of car or other vehicle does s/he have? Harley Davidson motorcycle. What is his/her personality like? a bit moody, morose, he's usually a quiet type of guy. What names does s/he go by? "CC" -- short for CopyCat, though he seldom explains that. Birth name: Peter Adam Leonardo. What is his/her criminal record? None. What is his/her education level? High School dropout, later got a GED certificate. Who are all of the known members of his/her family, no matter how distant? Father: Jack William Leonardo, tugboat pilot, used to work New Orleans dock areas, deceased. Mother: Carlita Maria (nee Gonzalez, divorced), at 94, had moved to Dallas, TX. She had a younger brother there, worked as a migrant farm worker or as a cook, both naturalized US citizen. Both deceased No siblings. Aunt: Juanita Anna (nee Munoz), deceased, migrant farm worker and/or cook, naturalized US citizen. Uncle: Jorge Pablo Gonzalez, deceased, migrant farm worker, naturalized US citizen. Cousin: Maria Anna Gonzalez, 89, spinster, never married, migrant farm worker and/or cook, natural-born US citizen.

Who are his/her friends? Currently some dock workers, a few farmers, some bikers... Bikers show up now and then: Jay Cross, Will Rockford, Big John Caruthers. They are getting up in years and sometimes marvel at Peter's agelessness. Dock Workers: Fred Adams, dock foreman, sometimes hires temp workers. Dock Workers: Bill Charles, Doug Jameson, Seth McBride. Farmers out in country around New Orleans: Adam Johnson, wife Anna, son Josh (farm north of town). Farmers: Karl Dennison, wife, son and daughter, out east of town, in MS. Farmers: Mike Newton, wife, son, northwest of city.

Do any of his/her friends know his secrets? Very few. He keeps his secrets hidden. Some know he is tougher than he looks. Some know he is a lot older than he looks. Who are his/her enemies? People who hurt his friends, or just commit crimes in general. What is his/her race? Human is not an acceptable answer. Caucasian (Italian-Mexican mix). What is his/her religion? Raised protestant. What does s/he do for fun? Goes riding on motorcycle, hangs out in nature parks or on beaches. What is his/her life history? (Backstory)

History

1951: Born Peter Adam Leonardo in New Orleans, came into the world in the usual way. 1956: Mom was very glad to send him to kindergarten and get him out of the house. 1957: Began schooling at a local public grade school. 1965: Began high school, public school in New Orleans. Also began self defense classes at a local dojo, training in jujutsu. 1969: Graduated high school, began junior college. 1972: After several years of off-and-on classes, he dropped out of college without a degree and upon discovering that he can detect super powers. He joined up with some bikers and set off to see the nation... and continent, spending some time in Mexico. One of the other bikers taught him spanish. Knowing he might be disliked if he revealed Powers, Peter kept his abilities secret. He took to calling himself CC and spent a dozen years just riding around the country, earning money when and where he could, usually doing odd jobs wherever people would hire him for cash money. 1984: After twelve years, he left the biker gang and returned to New Orleans, seeking roots, but he didn't stay long before taking to the road again, with a different biker group. 1992: Peter, now calling himself CC, met Claude in New York City, and learned how to turn himself invisible... and he learned a lot more about how he could 'read' the powers of others. "My guess is we're all mutants," Claude said. "Those of us with Powers beyond the norm, that is. You copied my Power. I guess that's your Power. That and being able to sense Powers in others, from what you said. You meet enough people, and you'll be able to do lots of things. Question is, what're ya gonna do with 'em?"

 "I dunno," Peter said. "Maybe take up superheroing. Or I could try to get rich. I won't hurt people. That's just wrong."
 "Well, you have a bit of a temper. You better watch that, Peter."
 "Yeah, I know."
 After a few months, he went his way again, joining up with another biker group.

Peter has also kept up his jujutsu skills over the years, joining dojos for a time, if only to keep up his skills. They come in handy during tussles with other bikers, dock workers, etc. Some of his friends have been glad to have him on their side because of those skills. It was one of those fights that earned him a grudge hatred from some Hells Angels bikers. "I'll get you some day, boy!" one big guy told him. 2001: After the terrorist attacks, Peter once again returned home for a time. His mom had moved to Dallas when his dad had passed away, and Peter visited her there before returning to New Orleans. 2005: In late summer, Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans and surrounding states. Peter was in California at the time, but he soon made his way back there to help as best he could. He bought a side car and trailer for his bike, loaded them up with cases of water and boxes of foodstuffs and took them with him to the city and surroundings... they went fast, giving them away for free. Peter made several trips, and joined up with some others carrying truckloads of supplies. It was then, during relief efforts, that he met Black Leather of the Sentinals, spent some time with him and learned how his powers work. After things had calmed down, and the city and state and feds had decided to rebuild New Orleans exactly like before... below sea level... Peter just shook his head and took to wandering again. Eventually, he visited his mom and family in Dallas and then returned to New Orleans again... in 2025. That lasted barely a year before he left again and wandered. 2030:He finally settled near Las Vegas. Having met Julie and fallen in love. He returned to New Orleans in 2030 to settle the home he had owned before which was hurricane damaged. Julie turned out to be a shape changing villain who used Peter as a trojan horse to take down Sentinal. In the process CC coerced a Federal Judge and was sentenced to life imprisonment in Stronghold

Description

At 74 years old, but looking like a twenty-year-old (more or less), Peter is beginning to think he may never age, but he's not sure yet. He tries to keep his age a secret and has paid records-keepers a couple times to alter his ID, give him a new birth certificate, etc. He has, at times, pretended to be his own son and grandson, but he has not had to push it a lot in the biker world. Occasionally he runs into some 'old' guy who says, "I knew a guy looked just like you... forty years ago." ... to which Peter may reply, "I'm told I look a lot like my dad."

Peter copies powers from others, and he regenerates... even resurrects. Once powers are "learned," he retains and uses them at will, and he can modify the powers that he has. Also, his blood has some very special properties. He is a universal donor and can heal others... even resurrect them. (which he did after he accidentally blew up the Federal Courthouse. Still no-one except perhaps Whiz Kid knows of his healing/resurrecting powers)

Current Status

Convicted of Coercing a Federal Judge, he was found guilty and sentenced to life in Stronghold. With his powers dampened, his regeneration doesn't work, but his life support, immortal does. His wounds don't heal at abnormal rates. Peter is biding his time, believing he was guilty of at least stupidity and should serve penance, but his life is not the same as what the court intended, necessarily.
