Biography

Everything was chaotic around Kendra.  She''d have something really lucky happen to her, such as ace a test she didn't study for, and then have something bad happen to her as well, her favorite shirt would get ruined for instance.  Growing up this way, she developed a taste for pushing her luck, seeing if she got a negative or positive reaction.  She learned how to cope with the worst, and ride the top of the best.  Slowly her other powers began to develop as well.  Once her bad luck hit, and she was the target of a mugger.  Instinctively she reached out, and the end result was that she had to work fast to keep the mugger from shooting himself.  Over time, she realized that she was controlling what could only be turned as chaos.  Her luck and unluck fit into this as well, as nothing could be more chaotic.  Slowly she learned to harness the power and all the ramifications of it as well.

She turned to using this power to commit crimes, she did nothing too big, no banks for her, but the occasional jewelry heist?  Yeah, that was in her ball park.  She started preying on the rich, taking form their houses what she wanted, and confusing the heck out of any security unlucky enough to find her, though she always worked to make sure that they survived the experience.  Finally the day came that would change everything.  She wasn't fast enough to stop a confused police officer from firing into a crowd and hitting a lady.  The lady was in intensive care for a while, but pulled out of it.  The cop was cleared as he was working under a chaotic mindset, a temporary insanity if you will.

Kendra changed her allegiance then.  She went from being a bona fide criminal to one who hunts the criminals.  She went from super villain to super hero.  She dedicated her change to the lady she accidentally hurt in the accomplishment of a crime.
