Jose Eduardo Videl Garcia

Ray Garcia (Freight Train)'s father. An electrician in Chicago, almost ready for retirement. He has raised 2 boys and a daughter while living in an apartment in the Little Village of Chicago. Both boys are good kids, although the oldest Miguel has gotten into trouble more often than not. Ray was always the "good son". He wasn't all that pleased when he joined the bomb squad. It's a dangerous profession. It would have been better for him to be an electrician like himself, or to fix vehicles, given his penchant for mechanical things. But, life is full of twists and turns. He is glad that Ray has found a way to make a living he can enjoy.

He lives at 3219 W 23rd St Chicago IL. A three story apartment building, with just 3 apartments. He and his family live on the top floor. Less noise that way.
